Allyson is a qualified Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene trainer (RIPHH). She has had many years' experience working in international hotels and brings a wealth of energy and expertise to training staff.  She and her team offer sensitive and comprehensive training programs, covering foodhandling for waiters, barmen and kitchen staff, plus store and stock management.  Their training gives staff the skills and confidence to provide a first class service, while respecting their culture and way of life.

Our creative approach to menu planning and wine selection together with innovative table and buffet settings can be designed to enhance an existing product.

The team includes qualified guides and experienced teachers, offering all aspects of tourism training, including body language, a positive  attitude and personal skills.
